Stephanie joined Howes Percival in 2022 as an Associate in the Regulatory Team.
Stephanie represents clients facing a variety of regulatory compliance issues, including representing clients under investigation or subject to prosecution by enforcing authorities (including HSE, Natural England, Natural Resources Wales, CQC, police and local authorities (including Trading Standards)). She appears before the Coroners Court, representing clients during inquest proceedings.
Stephanie also provides proactive regulatory advice on a variety of issues, ranging from contractual provisions to the applicability of legislation and regulations.
With a background in criminal defence and having taught criminal law to undergraduate and postgraduate university students, Stephanie has a solid understanding of criminal law, practice and procedure and has experience in supporting clients through the most sensitive of cases.
