Sophie is an Associate in our Commercial team.
She advises on a range of commercial matters, including contracts for the supply of goods and services, terms and conditions, and confidentiality agreements, as well as outsourcing, procurement and technology projects.
Prior to joining the team, Sophie spent most of her career working in-house and now uses this experience to provide day-to-day support to her clients’ in-house legal and contract teams.
