Sian is an Apprentice Solicitor working within the Developer Team who works within plot sales and infrastructure agreements acting for both private individuals, small businesses, and local and national developers, as well as assisting senior solicitors on larger and more complex development transactions.
Sian also deals with other aspects of commercial property work including licences to assign, deeds of grant and easements and licence for alterations. Sian also undertakes both freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases and mortgage work.
