Sian is a Paralegal within the Developer Team who works mainly in plot sales acting for both private individuals, small businesses, and local and national developers.
Sian also deals with other aspects of commercial property work including licences to assign, deeds of grant and easements and licence for alterations. Sian also undertakes both freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases and mortgage work.
