Manveer Talwar

Manveer is a New Homes Manager in our Leicester office and works primarily with regional developers on residential plot disposals. 

Manveer focuses on providing a personable and commercial approach to all transactions, explaining complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner. Manveer is proactive and is committed to progressing transactions through to completion avoiding any unnecessary delays. As New Homes Manager, Manveer ensures her and the team provide an exceptional quality of service to all clients and making the whole disposal process from site set up through to completion seamless for the client.

Manveer has worked in residential conveyancing since 2013, undertaking a wide variety of transactions throughout her career including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases and sales, remortgages, shared ownership leases, deeds of easement and variation, setting up new residential sites for disposal and thereafter the onward disposal of the plots.
