Louise has specialised in family law since 2014, having trained at a National Firm in Birmingham. Her work includes advising clients in relation to divorce and finances, as well as cohabitation issues. Louise has also been instructed in respect of enforcement proceedings and applications to set aside financial agreements. Louise regularly advises clients in relation to private children matters – including child arrangements orders, prohibited steps/specific issue orders and advising on international relocation cases as well as internal relocation cases within the UK.
Louise is a member of Resolution and is committed to assisting clients to resolve matters in a non-confrontational and constructive manner.
