Experience and Background

Katie is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in the Leicester office. Katie joined Howes Percival in April 2024 and specialises in Commercial and Property Litigation disputes. She has experience in dealing with commercial claims involving breach of contract disputes, issues relating to the sale of goods and supply of services, debt recovery, professional negligence and enforcement. 

Katie is also proficient in handling property claims such as trespass, title disputes, nuisance, restrictive covenants, adverse possession and interference with rights of way. She has expertise with landlord and tenant disputes (both residential and commercial) such as repossession, dilapidations claims, rent arrears and lease disputes.  

Katie has also successfully represented clients within the County Court.
