Josie is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial and Banking Team in our Cambridge office. Josie advises clients on a range of corporate transactions including share and asset sales and purchases, management buyouts, and shareholder agreements.

Josie joined Howes Percival in February 2023, after training at a firm in Hertfordshire and studying in London and Manchester. Josie qualified as a solicitor in October 2020.
