Jessica is a paralegal in the Intellectual Property and IT team, and holds the CITMA Trade Mark Paralegal qualification. Jessica is experienced in managing national and international trade mark portfolios, including advising on strategy, filing, maintaining and defending trade mark rights including managing and reporting on trade mark and domain watches. Jessica also assists with a range of contentious and non-contentious matters relating to designs, copyright and other IP and IT disputes.
Jessica joined Howes Percival in January 2018 as a secretary, having previously worked at a high street law firm. During the course of the last three years, she has supported fee earners and gained a breadth of experience in the fields of intellectual property and property litigation, before becoming a paralegal with the firm in April 2021.
