Daniel is a second year trainee solicitor based in the Norwich office, undertaking his third seat in the Employment team. Daniel supports the team and clients on a wide range of employment related matters, such as issues on termination of employment including confidentiality and restrictive covenants, as well as assisting on transactional matters relating to TUPE. Daniel joined the firm in March 2022 as a paralegal in the Commercial Property team.
Daniel previously worked as a paralegal in a small commercial law firm in London, where he was a paralegal in the Property department. He has assisted fee earners on freehold and residential acquisitions, as well as assisting on private lending matters.
