Courtney is a Senior Associate who specialises in acting for individuals on all aspects of wealth preservation and succession planning. Courtney can assist with the preparation of Wills, creation and administration of trusts, inheritance tax planning and powers of attorney. Courtney also provides advice on the administration of estates and re-sealing of Grants issued in the commonwealth.

Courtney is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly, Solicitors for the Elderly).
