Experience and Background

Brendan started his career in 2002, in plot sales and property acquisitions for an international law firm. Subsequently moving on to residential conveyancing in 2014 dealing with all aspects of Freehold and Leasehold property transactions before taking up a role as Team Leader for a residential property team.

In 2019 Brendan was appointed to the Real Estate Investment team for a national firm advising a wide range of lenders and borrowers on security over development sites (residential and commercial), investment properties, owner occupied properties and property portfolio with regular instructions from lenders and investors, as well as borrowers and companies seeking finance. His clients included all major high street lenders, challenger banks and private funders specialising in advising on facilities varying from small business loans to multi million pound facilities.

As Head of New Homes, Brendan is focused on delivering a high standard of quality driven advice to regional developers ensuring the smooth delivery of service from site acquisition through to plot disposal.
