Since joining Howes Percival in September 2023, Archie has gained experience in three different practice areas, Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution & Litigation and Insolvency & Corporate Recovery. During the course of Archie’s training contract, he has assisted on a breadth of Commercial Litigation and Insolvency matters. For the final seat of his training contract, Archie has returned to the Insolvency team, gaining further experience in contentious individual and corporate insolvency matters. In particular, Archie assists with asset recovery matters on behalf of The Official Receiver and Insolvency Practitioners and director disqualification work carried out on behalf of the Insolvency Service.
