Experience and Background

Amrit is a paralegal in our Commercial Property department in the Leicester office and is in the process of studying for her Solicitors Qualifying Examination. Amrit assists with a wide variety of matters with a particular focus on residential development, including site acquisitions and disposals, option and promotion agreements, affordable housing disposals, management agreements relating to public open space and utility disposals. Prior to joining the Commercial Property team, Amrit worked in our plot sales team working with regional developers on their open market plot disposals and part exchange properties. 

Amrit studied Law at De Montfort University and graduated in 2021. Since graduating with her Law LLB, she has studied the SQE Preparation Course at Nottingham Law School and is preparing to qualify in the future.
