From the north, south and east: Leave the M1 at junction 14 and get in the lane for the A509 heading towards Central Milton Keynes. At the junction roundabout take the third exit onto the A509. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto Child’s Way (H6). From here, stay on Childs Way (H6) heading over a series of roundabouts until the final roundabout (South Grafton roundabout) with Argos and Toys R Us just over the junction on the right hand side. Head straight over this roundabout and keep South Loughton Valley Park with the lakes on the left hand side before taking the first left onto Davy Avenue. Then take the first left into Seebeck Close and follow the road until you see Bell House on the left.
From the west: Leave the A5 at the junction with A509 Central Milton Keynes. As you come off the slip road bear right and follow the signs for Milton Keynes West. At the junction roundabout take the third exit onto Portway (H5). At the next roundabout (Loughton roundabout) take the first exit onto Watling Street (V4). At the next roundabout (Knowlhill Roundabout) go left onto Childs Way (H6). From here, take the first right onto Davy Avenue. Then take the first left into Seebeck
