Howes Percival are very pleased to announce that Director, Jan Tyler, and Senior Associate, Joseph Keeping, have now achieved full STEP member status.
Joseph has also been awarded a STEP Worldwide Excellence Award for achieving the highest overall mark in the STEP Diploma in Trusts & Estates (England & Wales) across all 2023 graduates.

STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) is a professional organisation which aims to improve public understanding of the issues families face in relation to inheritance and succession planning, and to promote education and high professional standards among its members.
STEP qualifications are widely recognised as the benchmark for the private client and wealth planning industry globally and are taken by accountants, lawyers, trustees, bankers and others to demonstrate their specialist knowledge and expertise in the area. Many follow the exam route to full membership of STEP, as is denoted by the prestigious ‘TEP’ designation which is recognised and respected by employers, regulators and clients across the world.
