Howes Percival Shortlisted Five Times for Central & East Dealmakers Awards

Howes Percival has received five nominations for Insider Media’s Central & East Dealmakers Awards 2018.

The annual awards recognise high-quality work from the top professional services firms in the central and eastern region. The awards are judged by a panel of independent experts and the winners will be announced at a gala dinner event in Milton Keynes on Thursday 22 November.

The categories the firm has been shortlisted for are:

Corporate Law Firm of the Year
Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year (x2): Investment in Medigold Health by BGF and MBO of Acorne by Inflexion Private Equity
Deal of the Year (under £10m): Sale of Fen Technology to Inspiralia
Deal of the Year (above £10m): Sale of Aspall Cyder to Molson Coors Brewing
