Howes Percival has received five nominations for Insider Media’s Central & East Dealmakers Awards 2022.
The annual awards recognise high quality work from the top professional services firms in the central and eastern region. The categories are judged by a panel of independent experts and the winners will be announced at a gala dinner event taking place at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Milton Keynes on 3 November.
The categories the firm has been shortlisted for are:
- Corporate Law Firm of the Year
- Emerging Dealmaker of the Year (Tom Redman)
- Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year: MBO of imail comms (a division of DHL) backed by Mercia Private Equity
- Deal of the Year (below £10m) x 2: Sale of Stuga Machinery to Stürtz Group and MBO of Fusemetrix Group
