Howes Percival Shortlisted Five Times for Central and East Dealmakers Awards

26th November, 2020

Howes Percival has received five nominations for Insider Media’s Central & East Dealmakers Awards 2020.

The annual awards recognise high-quality work from the top professional services firms in the central and eastern region. The awards are judged by a panel of independent experts and the winners will be announced at a gala dinner event that is expected to take place in Milton Keynes on Thursday 22 April 2021.

The categories the firm has been shortlisted for are:

  • Corporate Law Firm of the Year
  • Deal of the Year (Below £10m) (x2): Sale of Metrol Springs to Lesjofors AB and Sale of Digital Post Solutions to The Mailing Room
  • Deal of the Year (above £10m) (x2): Acquisition of Norfolk Broads Holdings by Craft Leisure and Sale of Innotrade to The Libman Company

Howes Percival’s Northampton corporate, commercial and banking partner, Gerald Couldrake commented:

‘This is excellent news and we are delighted to have been shortlisted for the third year running. Our goal is to be the ‘go-to’ firm for corporate, commercial and banking work in the region and these nominations prove that our team is more than capable of handling some of the biggest, high-profile deals in the area.

‘Our recognition in this years’ awards also demonstrates that, despite the external pressures of the pandemic, we have been able to provide the same high standard of work and uninterrupted service to our clients throughout.’
