Specialist commercial property lawyer, Lisa Mantle has joined Howes Percival as Partner and Head of Commercial Property for the firm’s Milton Keynes office. Lisa joins the leading regional heavyweight law firm from London-based solicitors, Brecher.
Last year, Howes Percival invested in a new office in Knowlhill to build on its existing presence in Milton Keynes and to further grow and develop its business. As Head of Commercial Property for Milton Keynes, Lisa will be tasked with establishing a dedicated commercial property team in the city and surrounding area. Working closely with colleagues in the firm’s Planning, Construction and Property Litigation teams, Lisa will be able to provide a full-service offering to developers and property investors.
Lisa has substantial experience of all aspects of commercial property work. She has extensive experience in all aspects of landlord and tenant matters having managed large landlord client property portfolios and acted for tenants of all types of properties. Lisa’s particular specialism is investment and development which increasingly involves mixed-use and residential properties, acting for a number of high-end residential property developers.
