The annual awards recognise high-quality work from the top professional services firms in the East Midlands region. The categories are judged by a panel of independent experts and the winners were announced at a gala dinner hosted at the Nottingham Belfry on Thursday 9 May 2024.
Howes Percival was named ‘Corporate Law Firm of the Year’, having been shortlisted consistently for that award in previous years. Judges said of Howes Percival, ‘they have showed they are the best dealmaking legals in the region, because their M&A work rose by three quarters over three years and they notched up deals such as the ABC Glass EOT and the sale of Green Power Hire to Speedy Hire’.
In addition to securing the prestigious Corporate Law Firm of the Year title, Howes Percival received two other nominations at this year's awards, underscoring the firm's breadth of expertise and its dedication to delivering top-tier services. These nominations included:
