Howes Percival’s Cambridge staff have moved into a new office in Terrington House, following a bespoke refurbishment of the first floor for the firm. The enhanced space and design support modern ways of working to assist with the firm’s client service offering.
Howes Percival opened its first office in Cambridge in 2015 on Hills Road with 4 members of staff. Just over a year later, the team moved to larger premises over the road on the ground floor in Terrington House. The office has since grown to over 40 members of staff and offers a full range of legal services for businesses and individuals.
The new reception has been designed to provide a comfortable waiting area, while the workspace has been reconfigured to include collaborative spaces for team meetings as well as ‘focus pods’ for on-line video meetings and court hearings.
The redesigned communal area also offers a relaxed space for staff to take a break and socialise with colleagues as well as providing facilities to cater for client meetings and events.
Howes Percival Cambridge Partner, Matthew Potter, commented,
We are very happy with the new office. The space has been designed completely with our staff and clients in mind and the new multi-functional workspaces support a modern and fresh approach to hybrid working.
One of our core aims is to be an employer of choice and designing a light and modern environment where people want to work and enjoy working was a priority. The new layout and approach are more aligned with our day-to-day work needs and the initial feedback from our people has been extremely positive.
Celebrating 10 years in the Cambridge market this year, Howes Percival are committed to further growth and investment in Cambridge and find ourselves well placed with the recent government announcement on its plans to create ‘Europe’s Silicon Valley’ between Cambridge and Oxford.
Howes Percival also has offices in Oxford, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Leicester, Norwich and Manchester.
