Leading regional law firm, Howes Percival has expanded its Cambridge office with two new appointments. Matthew Darmon has joined the commercial property team, Jonathan Mumby has been appointed to the employment law team.
Matthew Darmon, associate solicitor, commercial property
Matthew has experience dealing with a wide range of commercial property transactions including acting in relation to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, dealing with the granting of commercial leases and agreements for lease, handling assignments and underletting as well as licence for alterations. He was previously with Adams Harrison Solicitors in Essex.
Jonathan Mumby, associate solicitor, employment law
Jonathan advises on a range of employment issues. He has acted for family agricultural businesses, nationwide charities, independent retailers and financial services firms. Dealing with the variety of challenges posed in each situation, Jonathan has experience of the practical issues created from the employment relationship. He was previously with Greenwoods GRM LLP.
