Howes Percival’s Corporate team has successfully advised the shareholders of wastewater treatment business, Atana Limited on its sale to Marlowe plc for an initial consideration of £3 million and an earn-out of up to £5 million.
Atana Limited is a leading provider of wastewater treatment solutions to commercial organisations across the UK. Atana has its headquarters in Leicester and currently employs approximately 20 staff including experts in engineering, chemistry and manufacturing.
Daniel Banton led the team at Howes Percival which included employment law specialist, Nick Benton, commercial property senior solicitor, Alexandra Kirkwood and Regulatory Partner, Alan Millband.
