Howes Percival has advised the shareholders of Cambridgeshire based Masters Logistical Services Limited on the sale of the entire issued share capital in the company to Knowles (Transport) Limited.
The company was founded in 1982 and is a well-established warehousing and distribution business, based in Stretham, near Ely. March-based Knowles dates back to 1932 and provides a wide range of distribution and storage services.
The transaction consisted of the sale of the shares in Masters Logistical Services Limited, with Howes Percival advising the sellers on all aspects of the transaction from heads of terms stage through to completion.
PEM Corporate Finance also advised the sellers.
The Howes Percival team was led by Corporate Partner Oliver Pritchard, supported by Helaina Mann. The firm’s Laura Brown advised on the employment law aspects of the deal and Steven Beach on property matters.
