Howes Percival has announced 14 senior promotions, including five new partners, Gordon Simpson, Katherine Cereghino, Hannah Pryce, Elizabeth Thomas, and Alexandra Kirkwood.
Leanne Davis, Richard Turner, and Tom Skinner have been promoted to the level of Director. Neena Jakhu, Owen Franks, Shital Odedra, Leon Head, Georgia Wood, and Will Bond have been made senior associates.

Partner level appointments
Gordon Simpson – specialism: dispute resolution and litigation (Norwich office)
Gordon handles complicated and high-value commercial claims through to trial, combining this with a flexible approach to look for practical and cost-effective solutions. He develops strong business relationships with clients, to help them through the litigation process and identify ways to avoid litigation in the future.
Katherine Cereghino – specialism: corporate and commercial (Leicester office)
Katherine advises on company disposals, acquisitions, share arrangements, company restructuring, reorganisations, and company finance documentation, as well as commercial arrangements and documentation. Katherine has considerable experience advising companies on compliance with consumer protection legislation.
Hannah Pryce – specialism: Employment law (Milton Keynes and Northampton offices)
Hannah has considerable experience of providing contentious and non-contentious employment law advice to a broad range of clients. She has particular expertise in tribunal litigation, including complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims. Hannah is experienced in contentious senior exits and gives “good, down to earth advice”. She also delivers in-house training for clients.
Elizabeth Thomas – specialism: commercial property (Cambridge office)
Elizabeth advises property investors, corporate occupiers, charities, and clients in the public sector. She has in-depth experience across a range of commercial property matters. Elizabeth’s practice also includes buying and selling student accommodation, acting for both UK and OUK investors.
Alexandra Kirkwood – specialism: real estate (Northampton office)
Alexandra joined Howes Percival as a trainee in 2010 and her practice encompasses commercial property sales and acquisitions, residential & commercial development, landlord & tenant matters and property finance. She also regularly assists the firm’s corporate and banking teams with property support work.

A member of the Property Litigation Association, Leanne advises on a wide range of contentious property issues, involving residential, commercial, and agricultural land.

Richard advises on corporate transactions and works on other complex corporate matters, including shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, reorganisations, and partnerships.
Tom Skinner – specialism: Commercial property (Norwich office)
Tom is experienced in dealing with a wide range of property acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing as well as strategic land agreements and infrastructure funding arrangements.
