As the dust begins to settle on the Government's new National Planning Policy Framework, aimed to “radically reform the planning system” to achieve the 1.5m new homes ambition this Parliament, Howes Percival’s planning team will guide you through the implications and opportunities arising from the December 2024 NPPF. This webinar will focus on housebuilding, and in particular the implications for the Eastern Region (including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge and Essex) and across the East Midlands and Home Counties, based on the local plan position, Green Belt constraints, and the new standard methodology.
