Howes Percival's employment update webinar is presented in a jargon free way, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.Aside from looking at key Tribunal decisions in our case law quiz, we will be reviewing recent and potential changes in employment law, that will have practical implications for employers and HR professionals, to include:

Changes to holiday pay for ‘irregular hours’ and ‘part-year’ workers including how to calculate holiday pay and entitlement and the legalisation of rolled up holiday pay
Changes to TUPE consultation rights for small businesses and/or small transfers
Changes to family friendly rights including the right to request flexible working, introduction of Unpaid Carer’s Leave and redundancy protection for those on maternity leave
